Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Waterloo Dance Store. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges and returns WITHIN 15 DAYS of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:
  • All items must be unworn, not soiled or damaged
  • All Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must include the original sales receipt
  • Items can only be exchanged


To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time use a clean soft surface such as a carpet or paper.

Please email us at lambada.dancewear@gmail.com to obtain prior authorization before sending back an item. 

Once we receive the item, we will verify its condition and determine if the returned item qualifies for an exchange, credit or refund.
