No partner needed — start solo or as a couple. Optional rotation is available in group classes.

Most adults start feeling comfortable on the dance floor within 4–6 weeks with a mix of group and private lessons.
Which styles are offered for adults?
Latin: Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive. Ballroom: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep.
What type of shoes should I wear for dance classes?
For dance classes, we recommend wearing elegant, dress shoes instead of sneakers or athletic shoes. Dance shoes should have smooth soles to slide easily on the dance floor, as rubber soles can leave marks on the wooden floor.
Do you sell dance shoes at the studio?
We have a shop with dance shoes available for purchase, and you can check out the sizes and styles on our website. If you're serious about dancing, investing in a good pair of shoes from trusted brands like International Dance Shoes is definitely worth it!
